Picture this – early morning, a beautiful garden surrounded by trees, birds chirruping, and a chance to connect with your body and still your mind.

During June and July on Sundays from 09.30-10.30am, experienced and friendly yoga teacher Anna Freud MA (her husband is a descendant from Sigmund Freud) is welcoming people to practise Vinayasa yoga with her in the garden of the Freud Museum at 20 Maresfield Gardens.

This open class for people of all levels is a wonderful outdoor experience. It’s uplifting to see and feel nature whilst doing sun salutations and asanas, and during the part of the class focused on breathwork and meditation the peace of the garden is like a long and warm embrace.

Don’t worry if it rains, the class simply moves to the conference room inside the Freud Museum!
